Hey Scott,
I just signed up and had my first practice on Saturday so I don't have my website set up just yet. Once I get it up and running I will send you the link. Also, please let me know if anyone you know would like to participate in the triathlon it's going to be in Malibu on September 16th... Team in Training is always looking for recruits!!

First of all I want to say how excited I was to read that Ben is in REMISSION YEEEESSSSSS!!! Ben is such a strong and amazing little guy...please remind him often that my K-1ers are always asking about him and sending him their "get-wells"!!
